Mr. President, I kindly suggest that you declare a state of emergency on insecurity across Nigeria in the coming weeks. To address this issue effectively, I recommend the following steps: 1. Summon all 36 state governors, 774 local government chairmen, traditional rulers, religious leaders, youth leaders, and security stakeholders to a one-day brainstorming session in Abuja immediately. 2.
