1. Cabinet Reshuffle- Appoint technocrats and entrepreneurial-minded individuals to key positions.

2. Reduce Governance Costs- Cut costs by 50% to optimize resources.

(Start from Presidency)

3. Declare State of Emergency- Address critical issues in food security, insecurity, unemployment, transportation, healthcare, and infrastructure.(Set up a private driven task force for immediate action plans, don't involve politicans nor civil servants )


4. Nationwide Broadcast-Engage Nigerians, especially youth, with a clear plan, timeline, and open collaboration.(Stimulated open door policy that will allow you to hear,read and respond to citizens advice and enquiries. Use technology)


5. Transparency Taskforce-Publish funds allocated to 36 states and 774 local governments, clarifying responsibilities.(Massive advocacy)


6. Implement Oronsaye Report- Adopt and execute the report's recommendations using executive powers.(Immediate action)


7. Industrial Hubs- Establish 6 hubs in geopolitical zones and agricultural development hubs in 774 local governments.(Private sector driven)


8. Entrepreneurship Initiative- Launch a massive program with hubs in 774 local governments with implementation timeline.(Private sector driven)


9. Prioritize Made-in-Nigeria- Favor local goods, services, skills, and talents over imports.(Start from Federal government procurement)


10. eGovernance- Adopt total digital governance with a stated timeline.(End beaucratic bottle necks immediately)


11. Release Political Prisoners- Free those who advocated for a better Nigeria.


12. National Dialogue-Convene an immediate dialogue to address pressing issues.(1999 constitution review,State police,restructuring, natural resources control etc)


Good leadership and governance require timely action.
