My 7th Open Advisory  Letter to His Excellency, Mr. President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR .


Dear Mr. President,


Good morning His Excellency!


As Nigeria is facing a visible hardship of multidimensional poverty, hunger, unemployment, high inflation, and poor infrastructure, I am compelled to share with you a innovative approach to governance that I believe has the potential to transform the lives of Nigerians across the country.


I recommend adopting an entrepreneurial innovative approach (EIA) to governance, which I term 'Operations 774.' This initiative involves collaborating directly with the 774 local government chairmen in Nigeria to drive development and progress at the grassroots level.


I suggest your Excellency provide a  comprehensive support, training, and empowerment to these local leaders to enhance their capacity to deliver impactful projects.


 Furthermore, I propose establishing strategic partnerships with the private sector to develop critical infrastructure and services in each local government area, including:


- Hospitals and healthcare facilities


- Industrial hubs and economic zones


- Agribusiness and agricultural development centers


- Skills acquisition and vocational training centers


- Green energy and renewable power hubs


- Mass 🏠 Housing Project


- Water supply and management systems


- Farm equipment and tractor services


- Food storage and silos


- Public transportation systems


- Talent hunt and creative industry hubs


- Job opportunities and employment centers


- Data centers and digital infrastructure


- Disability support and inclusive centers


- Road construction and infrastructure development hubs


- Security and paramilitary coordination hubs


- Federal project management and monitoring hubs


- Sports development and management hubs

and many more.


By implementing Operations 774, your administration can effectively bring government closer to the people, ensuring that citizens feel the presence and impact of governance in their daily lives.


I am willing to offer my expertise and assistance at no cost to develop this Operation 774 project into a workable and sustainable masterplan. 


I believe that with the right strategy and implementation, this initiative can become a hallmark of your administration's commitment to grassroots development and inclusive growth.
