The highly anticipated Iyin Ekiti Day 2024 is just around the corner! This annual celebration brings together sons and daughters of Iyin-Ekiti from all over the world to honor our town's rich cultural heritage and values.

 Since the reign of our visionary Kabiyesi, Oba Adeola Adeniyi Ajakaiye III, our town has witnessed significant transformations for the better.

Iyin-Ekiti has a proud history of producing exceptional leaders who have made remarkable contributions to Nigeria's development.

 Notable examples include Late Major General Adeyinka Adebayo, Late Hon Richard Akinola Fayose, Senator Opeyemi Bamidele, Asiwaju Adeniyi Adebayo, Hon Tunde Omotoba, and many more. 

I, Olubunmi Oluwadare, author of Africa's bestseller book (I SEE MONEY IN AFRICA), am also proud to call Iyin-Ekiti my hometown.

This year's Iyin-Ekiti Day promises to be an unforgettable experience, showcasing our town's deep cultural heritage and tourism wonders, including the Esa cave and Abanijorin mysterious mountain. 

The Chairman of the planning committee, Pastor Remi Obaparusi, is working tirelessly to ensure a successful event.

I urge all prominent sons and daughters of Iyin-Ekiti to support and actively participate in this epoch event.
