They have:


- Access to free monthly FAAC allocations (billions of Naira)


- A huge number of human resources to work with


- Ability to collect various internal revenues. (IGR)


- Access to grants, bonds, loans, and strategic private partnerships


- Natural resources at their disposal


- Various technical tools to work with


- Support from NGOs


- Access to successful state indigenes locally and in the diaspora as developmental partners


- Access to local and international investors, and many more


With this support system, some of us could transform any state into a paradise in no time. Incompetent leadership is the root cause of bad governance in Nigeria.
