A Long-Overdue Apology, But What About the Consequences?
A Long-Overdue Apology, But What About the Consequences?
For decades, countless individuals were coerced into paying tithes, fearing eternal damnation.
The false doctrine: "Pay tithe or forfeit heaven." The damage is done.
Now, the apology comes, acknowledging the error. But what about the:
1.Trillions of naira generated over the year from fear and deception?
2.Families financially ruined by prioritizing tithes over basic needs?
3.Lives lost due to diverted funds meant for healthcare and education?
4.Eroded trust in spiritual leadership?
The apology is a start, but accountability demands more:
Healing requires more than just words.
