Uni-Preneur eHub, in partnership with the Lagos State Ministry of Youth and Social Development, today hosted a highly successful Entrepreneurship Masterclass for 200 young entrepreneurs, SMEs, NYSC members, and job seekers.
The Masterclass took place at Fidelity Bank SME Hub in Gbagada, with 50 participants attending physically and 150 online.
The class was expertly facilitated by Olubunmi Oluwadare, a National Business Development Service Provider (NBDSP) Founder of Uni-Preneur eHub and serial entrepreneur.
He comprehensively covered the A-to-Z journey of entrepreneurship, impressing participants with his in-depth knowledge of the economy.
Special remarks were delivered by distinguished representatives from the Lagos State Ministry of Youth and Social Development, including Mr. Abdulateef Saka, Director of Youth Development; Mrs. Rashidat Omoshola Umar, Deputy Director and Head of the Education and Engagement Unit; and Mrs. Okeke Patience A., Assistant Chief Youth Development Officer.
The facilitator also conveyed goodwill messages from the Hon. Commissioner for Youth and Social Development, Mr. Mobolaji Ogunlende, and the Ministry's Permanent Secretary, Mrs. Toyin Oke Osanyintolu.
The Fidelity Bank SME Hub Manager, Ms. Chiamaka, addressed the participants and introduced them to the bank's financial services available for business startups.
Each participant received a certificate of participation, along with five complimentary e-books on business development, growth, and ideas authored by Olubunmi Oluwadare.
Additionally, participants were informed about opportunities available to SMEs through the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN), including free business registration.
This stimulated Entrepreneurship Masterclass has proven to be a valuable experience, and it is highly recommended for all Nigerian youth.
