An Open Letter Ekiti State Indigenes Worldwide.

An Open Letter Ekiti State Indigenes Worldwide.
Warm greetings to all my beloved elders, fathers, uncle's brothers and sister's of Ekiti State, wherever you may be.
I salute your resilience, resourcefulness, and unwavering commitment to the progress of our great state. As we strive for a brighter future, let us remember that Ekiti State belongs to us all, and its development is a collective responsibility.
Ekiti State and its resources belong to us all. When we demand accountability and transparency from our political leaders, it's not out of hatred or disrespect for the individuals we've elected to represent us.
Rather, it's our collective responsibility to ensure good governance and the prudent management of our commonwealth.
To our political leaders and followers, let's prioritize the socio-economic development of Ekiti State over petty politicking.
While the political process is crucial for electing leaders, good leadership and governance should be our shared concern.
We must hold our elected officials accountable through constructive criticism and checks.
Let's not view those who demand accountability and good governance as enemies, but rather as patriots who care about the well-being of our state.
It's time to stop abusing, cursing, and threatening those who speak out or hold different views, especially those who ask our leaders to do the right thing.
Our individual wealth and financial stability should not take precedence over the collective development of Ekiti State.
Our collective war should be against poverty, unemployment, poor infrastructure, poor healthcare, insecurity, poor social amenities, bad road networks, corruption, hunger, poor transportation, poor housing, and near-zero industrialization.
This is not a personal issue; Governor Biodun Oyebanji (BAO) was elected to change Ekiti State's trajectory from poverty to prosperity.
We can achieve great things without politicking, which only leads to division ,chaos and unproductivity.
Our state is now 29 years old, and it's time for us to unite for greatness.
To the political elites, fans, and party loyalists, I urge you to use wisdom, decorum, and dignity in your activities as you defend your candidacy in the forthcoming election.
Remember that those you are defending will likely leave Ekiti State after their tenure, but you will remain.
Your future and that of your children should be more important to you.
A Greater Ekiti should be our focus.
Thank you, and God bless Our dear Ekiti state.
God bless our Governor, our traditional rulers and all the political leadership.
Sincerely,
Asiwaju Olubunmi Oluwadare,NBDSP.
